Red Kites - Friday 22nd May

Cup of tea anyone?

These are instructions that I got from the internet to make the perfect cup of tea for one:

  1. Add 1 cup/200 mL of freshly boiled water to your tea bag (in a mug)
  2. Allow the tea bag to brew for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag.
  4. Add 10 mL of milk.
  5. Wait 6 minutes before consumption for the cuppa to reach its optimum temperature of 140 F/60 C.

Does anyone make their tea like this? Does anyone in your family? Maybe you could make it like that for someone in your house and see if they notice the difference? They might be inquisitive at first as to why you are actually offering to make them a cup of tea so don't make it too obvious!

Let me know how it goes!

Hi everyone hope you had a look at the video and maybe even had a go today i have another https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQJuAiyXLbY this is the video for orange chocolate popcorn squares. Thankfully the chicks made it through the night and are up and about. I love a good cuppa and occasionally i make mum and dad one. My way to make a perfect cuppa is ,put the tea bag in the cup, boil 200ml of water, put the water in the cups, leave it to brew for 2 minutes, pour the milk into the cups depending how i feel, and as i like my tea slightly sweet i put a special fruit syrup in. So that is my way to make a perfect cuppa.
