Keeping fit

Tuesday 23rd June 2020

The youth sports trust is a children charity geared towards keeping you fit and healthy and believing in every ones futures. They have dedicated this week and called it National School Sport week.

Up and down the coutnry during this time many schools would be having their sports day. In my bubble we are trying to run a mile a day to keep fit. What are you doing to keep fit? What will you do instead of sports day? Could you and your family have your own sports day?

In class we have already run a mile this morning and it is not even 9:30. I wonder what you are all doing?

Hi Mr Ralph, I keep fit by going on bike rides, sometimes playing football at the park, going on walks and me and Mummy are going to start going on runs. We are not thinking about having a Sports Day but I will ask Mummy. We are going to do a school production and Boris is the King! Stay safe. From Ethan.

Hi Eddie, that sounds like a lot of activities and very tiring. I have been on a lot of bike rides and have started running again. I will have to try some 5kms before cross country starts again. Have a good day, stay safe, from Mr Ralph
