The language curriculum will actively support the growth of the Whitewater Learner whilst ensuring children gain a comprehensive understanding of key concepts such as differences in cultures and can ask questions about the different way things are done.

The Whitewater linguist will have a good knowledge of French phonology and be able to read, listen and write confidently in French. They will understand key grammar concepts which will help with learning other languages as they progress through their education.
