Keeping Active!

Hello Everyone,

It has been lovely to read all your posts about what you have been getting up to in the Easter Break.

We have been in school today and have been reflecting on how lucky we are to have such a wonderful outdoor space.  It is very strange to be in school without you all, and standing on the playground looking around really made us feel this.  We thought about all the wonderful games you all play on the playground during your breaks and were wondering what you are all playing or doing at home to keep active.

We have been taking lots of walks with our families.  Mrs Burningham has been teaching her young son to kick a ball, he is getting very good at it.

We would love to hear what you have been doing/playing to keep active and for you to share any game ideas you might have that we can all play with our families.

Look forward to hearing from you

Hi James. It sounds like the weights will help you work off all the caramel shortbread that you will no doubt be enjoying! Looking forward to hearing what you find out about becoming a cat!

Hi Evie Fantastic to hear from you! We are really pleased that you have enjoyed making a hat for your teddy. Hopefully you can take a photo or draw a picture to share with us back at school. Take care and we look forward to hearing from you again soon!

Hi Aston We really liked the cheeky monkey emoji you used. We bet your drawing of the underpants is very cheeky too! Well done for having a go at drawing your special hat and we look forward to you sharing it with us back in school.

Hi Esme Thanks for explaining how to play 'Scotland Yard'. Mister X definitely sounds like the character to be. Being invisible, being able to go on ferries and have more goes sounds great!

Hi Chyna, Scooters are so much fun, I (Mrs B) used to have one when I was little, you couldn't get me to stop riding it! Hope you get to have lots more fun with it. It is a great way to keep active!
